A lot of people here acting real blasé about the personal data aspect coming out of this. Every place I've worked has collected things like diversity data. Imagine the next time someone doesn't like that Insomniac includes a gay character. It's almost guaranteed that some gamer twat is going to track down this data dump that they heard of because of a billion articles and threads on it and just dox every single LGBT+ member of the dev team they can find.

I'm not adverse to the threads, but this is certainly a different situation to state secrets or hospital information. A moderately sized chunk of the gaming community are unhinged and the damage they could do with some of the information that's potentially within the leak is horrendous.

You have to remember that a far higher proportion of Black people were Republicans around that time period in the 60s because the party had historically been the socially progressive party. Some chud is going to look through thousands of corporate data files to find some obscure possible internal data about dev team members when they can just look at the credits of the game or their linkedin profiles and type their names into Google?
