We are all aware of this and I can promise, unless there's a software update that forces us to have the feature and to turn it on, that it will never happen.

While a like/ dislike system would definitely cause more problems without solving many, and has been discussed to death, I find it amusing thinking about how obvious it would be that lots of members straight-up ignore and speak past trans people if a like system was implemented.

I'd hazard a guess that the reason people speak past the trans lunatics is because most people have them on ignore. Anyone who doesn't is already dead banned.

Edit: The dislike of likes is par for the course for a bunch of people who hate the very idea of democracy and openly beg for an authoritarian government to forcibly take over and ban all discourse that they personally don't like.

I try and tell myself that online trans folk are just the outliers and don't represent everyone suffering from gender dysphoria but Ree and their translesbian fetishists' makes it hard to want to give them any sort of respect.

I mean. imagine a non-crazy trans person, someone who just wants to live their life in peace, they don't go around screeching and starting fights like the people of era era

doesn't the fact that they're non-crazy and non-confrontational inherently imply that they would respect natal women, understanding that women have unique needs all their own and deserve spaces for themselves

understanding that for example as a trans person they didn't grow up needing "the talk" about never going anywhere alone where you might get raped, or maintaining a healthy mistrust of some men's motives

knowing that there's absolutely a difference between you and them, and there's nothing wrong with acknowledging that

Although I think this AI art stuff is probably a very bad thing for ordinary artists it's still hilarious to see Nep Nep's rank hypocrisy on full display.

Okay, but the whole point of AI art is that you don't actually need any knowledge of any of that to produce content. That's the whole damn selling point. It's "democratized:" That means anyone, no matter how ignorant they are of art theory, can theoretically produce the same quality of work as an actually talented individual.

However, with AI art, the whole selling point is that any fucking idiot can make professional-looking work, no matter how much knowledge or an actual personal artistic voice they lack. Type words get image. That's literally the point.

Its even stupider though, because traditional 2D animation has been commercially dead for fucking decades now, and even Flash style tweening animations were super dated commercially when 3D became mostly viable in the late 90s.

So its like signing up for a career as a horse and carriage operator 20 years after the Model T rolled off a production line, but then also acting all high and mighty about sitting on a carriage is the 'natural' form of horse riding and how all technology related to the wheel is whats ruining civilisation
