I'm surprised about Nintendo. The trailers are exciting bc they show what everyone know will be great games, but the trailers themselves have little creativity and visual flair imo.

Rockstar and bungie take the crown imo. I must have watched the marathon trailer like 30 times and I have zero intention of actually playing the game.

They target users with a significant number of followers and hope they can get a defensive response from those users. They are bad faith actors because they dont stand by their accusations.

They hope that the target will fall for the manipulation and say "anti woke" things. Its a terminally online way for chuds to validate their dangerous beliefs, even if their target's response comes from ignorance and not the target's firm set of beliefs.

Wonder why chuds aggregate in their target's spaces when a successful bait happens? That's because the more followers a target has, the more vulnerable people the chuds have to push into the alt-right pipeline.
