Putting Rocksteady on a Harry Potter game would likely save the studio from being gutted and eventually closed, at least for a few years. As much as ERA wants to deny it, Hogwart's Legacy was insanely successful, and any studio working on a Harry Potter game likely have some form of job security given how strongly WB been leaning in on the Harry Potter IP in recent years.

He has a stutter. He literally has to think about every word he says so doesn't stutter. It's why he's says weird words like malarkey. He's starting to say a different word and has to change mid speaking so he doesn't stutter.

As he's gotten older it has been a slower process for him to change which word he says. That has nothing to do with memory or mental capacity.

He has a disability that he has to fight against every single day every single time he talks.

I'm sorry but I'm saying this as someone who originally had speech issues when I was younger and I'm conscious about how I speak every day as well. I'm not really convinced about the stutter being the issue. Watch footage of Biden ten or so years ago, his speech is clear and cogent and he rarely, if ever, slurs his speech. I do believe age is an issue at play, which includes problems of fatigue which is exacerbated by the role, but Biden himself has not had noticeable difficulties with speech before in public as far as I recall. I'm not saying he needs to be perfect and everything, but there is a difference between mis-speaking and misremembering. I'm inclined to think this is more of the latter. So I would respectfully disagree on your assertion that it is a speech problem.
