As someone with constant suicidal depression and suicidal ideation people trying to use me or other people like me to silence a message is disgusting. He should not have died, but people also should not be dying in Gaza and the US should not be supporting it. All of these things are true.

This is more complex than a mental health issue, i'd never even imagine taking my life in such a painful way, it was done with purpose, with intent, and you can acknowledge that without condoning the act itself.

if a man can be a woman, then a man can probably be a child, right? and if someone has multiple personalities, shouldn't we respect all of their identities?

but if we are forced to truly believe these people are (occasionally) children, then at those times they are violating numerous TOSs, EULAs, AUPs etc. and should be banned to prevent exposing them to adult content, and to prevent exposing the forum to potential lawsuits

interacting with them at all in many cases would be immensely inappropriate and creepy

or you could admit it's a demented larp and ban those people anyway for being a massive liability and embarrassment to everything you stand for

In my understanding self-immolation is one of the worst ways because your body doesn't have the methods to make you immediately pass out so you experience the pain.

Successfully slitting your throat should do so with the blood loss alone. I imagine however that slitting your throat is an incredibly rare successful form of suicide. Not that Melody Shreds was actually going to attempt it.

I feel the way it makes direct connections to mutants and racial minorities kind of heavy handed at times. but it's a really powerful comic and it's what sold me on Magneto as a character (alongside my shifts further left).
