It was an arduous task forced upon the dev just to get the game on the storefront for sale.

Meanwhile, you have the devs from Stellar Blade go "hold my beer" and jump the security line on a pogo stick.

Even though some of the games being altered were technically for a net benefit, the reasoning behind it wasn't good nor clear. Kinda like when somebody within Valve was policing "anime" and visual novel games on Steam.

I am not at all surprised that corporate enforced social morals turn out to be only applicable to the poor and the powerless. Well, relatively poor and powerless in terms of developer/publisher resources and scale of the game.

Just saw these gifs of stellar blade, and it's just pure cringe. Honestly, I can't imagine playing this game even if it were incredibly well made. It also makes me distrust people who say the game is good just because how can anyone look at the is and be like "oh yeah very normal game, no notes"? And from what I can tell it's not even a nier automata situation where there's a lot of depth to the story and themes of the game and overall a very lovingly crafted piece of art that has questionable elements. This just seems like a mishmash of a game purely propped up by the overt sexualization, and wouldn't warrant a second glance from most if not for that.

I've been playing Skyrim again and I think one of the unintentionally benefits of playing the PS5 versions is that you can avoid most of the sheer cringe worthy mods that "improve" the women in the game by making them all super models, massive breasts or all have the same face (sometimes with crazy hairstyles that fit perfect what seems to be a early Northern Europe inspired setting (though then again their are also Tomatoes and Potatoes in the game, why does so much high fantasy have those?)

Is this idiot aware that you DON'T have to install said mods? There are mods that put Thomas the train engine in the game and you don't need install those either. Let this shit to the pervs.
