There is a racism problem in videogame industry, true. But how much does it have to do with a small Polish studio with all white founding member? I don't know. How many people of color are hired in other industries in Poland for comparison? What is the law regarding hiring foreighers and immigration in Poland, is it as loose as the United States?

This feels like dismissing concerns about representation, racism, and colonization.

When I was in high school, they used to bus us out to East Hampton to work at their supermarket because no one out there was poor enough to do such a thing/could afford to live out there on the wages such work pays. Was a pretty sweet gig, 8 hour shift - 2 hour bus ride each way, got paid for 8 hours of work for only 4 actual hours of work.
