I can imagine he's going to make the situation worse to "stand up" to the centrists. The school would have reversed the suspension with an apology and the cops don't care so if the school asks they'd drop the charges. But you just know he wants to amp things up now considering he was with the 20% of the group that wanted to get more "militant" and yet only a handful of those bothered to sit in after being told they'd be suspended. Plus now he knows how horrible prison is so it needs to be abolished, hopefully he'll push the group to add that to their demands.
