Americans get weird about Top Gun and Transformers being military propaganda, but if you’ve watched some of the biggest Chinese movies, they’re hardcore jingoistic works. Often explicitly about America and Japan and such being evil. No vague “rogue nations”. It’s kind of amazing.

I moved from an English city to an English small town a few years ago. It has amenities that aren’t set on fire and smeared with shit within a few weeks. People are nice. Streets are clear. It has a market and family run businesses. You can see stars and don’t hear the crackheads next door at night. 10/10 would recommend.
