Why would a third party plublisher announce a PC version on a PlayStation event?

No, this is more like a drawn out separation where the couple break up and start seeing other people for a while, then get back together, then break up again, then get back together and have a ceremony to renew their marriage vows.

In college I took the required art class and while it was taught by a "real" artist ("art is my career, teaching is a hobby") he was a pretty cool dude. I have like no real world artistic skill but he wanted everything to be about the concepts and how you understood them which I found I can thankfully do. Anyway, we presented our art as if it were a "gallery" but it was really just everybody put theirs up and said a couple things about it unless they had more to say. It wasn't really serious, but you could ask questions and stuff, usually it was something like asking somebody how they did something cool. 

ANYWAY, one week the concept was perspective and you were supposed to do something that showed it properly but also had a part that messed with it. I drew like a big turtle in Las Vegas or something, just this giant city sized turtle where he doesn't belong but nobody seems to be concerned about. This teachers pet guy who every week ripped off Alex Ross asks me "what does this represent?" And I said something like "I don't know my unaddressed inner teenage angst or some shit. It's a big ass turtle." People other than that dude were amused.

Nepenthe reminds me of that dude whenever she talks about art and meaning.
