It's a minor facet of our overall vocabulary and anyone with sense knows it's a word that is heavily contextual in its use, considering its other predominant use. What's never considered with these bathroom obsessed transphobes is how banning bathrooms also effectively bans and restricts access for people with disabilities. Especially considering how often disabled toilets (and one or more gendered toilets) are closed or inaccessible. From an accessibility standpoint public bathrooms should never be formally restricted. Of course TERFs, a group of people hateful towards one marginalised group do not care about other marginalised groups.
