It depends on your definition of clean but northern Europe has certainly nosedived in recent years.
People cut back on dental costs and energy bills by showering less. The current government advice is to shower 5 minutes every 3 days. Especially for women it is kind of this empowering 'feminist' thing not to give a fuck about what people think about the state of your hygiene. There is an uptick in rashes and whatnot. I think less than < 50% wash their hands after visiting the bathroom. 

The pretty boys from Turkey with their white shining teeth and perfectly groomed beards can't offset that.  

Some countries like Brazil and South Korea might go overboard with plastic surgery but they won't just leave a big lump on their chin like the Europeans do.

Jesus really? This is coming from a woman who is actually excited to see what this game is about, I preordered this on PS5 as well awhile back. Also i will say this, women can enjoy the same games men can (I hate people who think otherwise) this includes games like sports/wrestling/fighting games. So yeah, sucks to hear.
