The debate wasn't Trumps strongest but he got some viral memes out of it. 
Overall she had very little to say about the cost of living and how to deal with that.

Every interview with a voter is basically the same. People can't afford groceries or housing so they want change and Harris hasn't distanced herself from Bidens policies.
Instead she keeps saying that the policies are working, that there won't be changes apart from floating Venezuela-like price controls. Her slogan is literally "We're not going back" while most voters want to go back to the pre-COVID economic conditions.

I think she did a good job in showing that she is actually a viable candidate but I see a death by a thousand cuts. The failures of the past 3 years, Trump getting shot, Biden still wandering around, no real primary, Kennedy endorsing Trump, losing the Jews, losing the free-Palestine crowd, losing half of Silicon Valley etc. etc. 

A lot of the early excitement for Kamala was based on the fact that she would bring change and she didn't really do that. 
She just replaced Biden at the top of the ticket and nothing else changed.
