Most of these guys don’t really have opinions. They wholesale buy into whatever they’re told and uncritically repeat it. Anytime somebody deviates from the script, the cult gets angrily defensive and tries silencing them.

The image I get is Gary Johnson telling a room of fellow libertarians how a driver’s license is reasonable. How a fully blind person maybe shouldn’t drive a Ford F150 into a school zone. And they all boo him.

That seems to be the majority of discourse around AI on social media. The same tired old crap, typically spouted by trend chasing influencers and then repeated ad nauseum by the crowd, followed by aggression and/or threats when someone has a differing view.

The debt continues to accumulate as long as the sponsored person receives social assistance during the undertaking period.

So this is an old thread but I needed to revisit this.

It's been a hard couple of months, and last couple of weeks I've been driven to almost take my life twice. Both times I stopped myself.

But with this despair comes a new determination. I'm not giving up. I'm not going to let this be the end of me. I have so much potential, so many people counting on me to keep on living. And it's not just that. I WANT to live, I want to dig myself out of this hole. I want to be someone worth knowing, someone worth sharing a discussion with.

I'm going to get better. I HAVE to get better. I WILL get better.
