It's different in the sense that you're not literally using your eyes to read yes, but in effect audiobooks and proper books are the same thing once you've acclimated to hearing it instead of seeing. When you're reading you're just doing the audiobook voice in your head, audible cuts out the middle man. I get through dozens of audiobooks a year. Horror novels at the gym is my happy time. Love it.

Speaking of audio books, I should try and listen to them sometime. Might be a good way to fall asleep as well as I get pretty sleepy while reading and I'm assuming you can let the audio run when the tablet is in locked mode.

That's not how libel law works at all. If they knowing lied they're guilty, full stop. There's nothing any judge can do about it.

It's more likely that if dominion wins this one they start going after the rest and that scares them.

So, what everyone here doesn't realize is that smartmatic is also suing Fox News for even more money. It's not just dominion, they just have the case that's furthest along at the moment. We're talking multiple multi-billion dollar cases. These two add up to 4.3 billion. If dominion wins, that opens the door for further judgements against Fox for these claims. (Which opens the door for even further lawsuits) It's not stopping with this specific lawsuit. This is just the opening salvo. And if they don't actively change how they do business, it'll keep happening.
