Any (D) candidate, even Obama 2.0, would have had to navigate the inflationary conditions that occurred under the Biden presidency -- and would've had to navigate a losing position in the social/culture war among key demographics, such as young men.

I don't know what the solution is, but "she should have supported X position" ain't it. And I don't know who else you could've enlisted who could've done better.

Honestly, the fact that Kamala has improved significantly over Biden's numbers in 100 days is a testament to the strength of her candidacy and her campaign.

This may be fucked up... But I'm at a weird sense of peace. Like, the last few minutes of the movie "Don't look up".
The asteroid is on the way, so I've made peace with the fact that there's not much more left to do about anything. Just sit back and watch the end hit, because, what else can be done? Maybe the house holds stuff down if we get it, but, we know the Courts are stacked- so that can easily be worked around.

America as we know it could potentially be changing drastically, and we've only got a few months left to enjoy it. So, all the stress and anxiety is just acceptance that this is the way it's going to be. It's not going to be good, but- it's out of our control now.
