I went to the progressive youtubers channels to see their reactions. I came across Pakman's reaction and the part where he talks about his immediate loss of subscrubers and that the same thing was happening to cucktubers like Sam Seder caught my eye. 

Tim Pool picked up on it and it's making the rounds. If you go to their youtube pages, click on videos and just watch the timeline of the videos, you can see the moment reality hit. Video after Video of Trump panicking, Harris poll surge, yada yada. And then November 5th hits and the entire flow of videos halts. Just scrolling through their video timeline is hilarious. They were chugging out pure propaganda with ridiculous titles and then reality hits, and the subs drop off.

I do imagine a lot of it was probably political action groups spending money to inflate subs with bot accounts and a hopeless attempt to push these channels up the ladder. 

But it's the content they make and the circle it's within that interests me.

I'm going to give credit to Claire Lehmann for this term, because she pretty much got ex-communicated for her terrible COVID take, but she calls this bubble the information ghetto. I think that's apt. It's a collection of new media and old media, but an overall really low information media stream and what information exists within that cluster suffers from being reality-impoverished. And if not reality impoverished, you could say they are drastically context impoverished and historically ignorant. 

About every story about how awful the new state abortion laws are falls apart under just a bit of scrutiny. The one they dropped just before election was about the Texas abortion ban, but the Texas law actually allowed the life saving procedure the poor girl didn't get. When I saw the story, I looked up the Texas law. It was on the second page. Not a lot of effort. It was only the doctors not doing it that cost the girl her life. Or you have the girl who took Plan B, which should never be taken without doctor supervision. That's been known since I was a college freshman. Plan B is very dangerous. 

And I think it's mostly Millennials who are targeted with this, which is interesting. Millennials grew up with 9/11 and seem to have learned or remembered nothing about it except the date. They share that with Boombers, but at least boomers can blame their terrible memory on age. I am not sure what the fuck happeend to millennials where they are so easily gaslit on history they lived through and yet not seem to notice it. People who spent their nights watchign the Daily Show dunk on the Bush lies walking into the 2024 campaign with open arms for Neocons. Like, "We got the Cheney approval!" "Hurray!" "This will get us the Libertarian vote!"

Those sort of degrees only exist because of the college loan system. I used to be for free college. It's one of only two things I've changed my mind on since I was younger or in college. It was my experience in college that made me change my mind. I kept moving up and up in academic systems only to get to be graduating and realize that hardly any of these people around me belong in higher education. My first thought was, "you cheapened my degree that is still costing me like it meant something." 

You realize that with the loan system, the incentive for universities is to lower standards to get more loan money in. They don't take on any of the risk in this system so why not exploit it? This is why critical theory replaced critical thinking. Critical thinking is like anti-virus software while critical theory is virus software. 

Middle intelligence people can succeed in these ___ Studies programs and they make great useless bureaucrats. They occupy parts of any company that are largely unnecessary and if you point that out, then they have Action groups who will basically socially racketeer your company. 

And that got them pretty far until people started to see it.
