This isn't related to the slowdown but I have temporarily turned off the "hide" tags because that shit was making an error on every single post any time someone loaded a page. I LITERALLY could not look at the errors without having to go through pages and pages of these. I'll need to find a better version.

Where it says "Last Post" over on the right in front of the user, click the actual words and it should take you there.

I'm not the biggest fan of "In Bore We Trust" and I feel like it's been used before though I have no record of it. But I felt it was time to change, so if anybody has a better one I'll use it. I actually wanted to change the description just because the Gal Gadot thing was months ago at this point and figured the title would go with that.

I've also been thinking about getting rid of the Jelqing Tips joke forum. I was going to make it an archive for the Other Forums journal but I really don't want to actually have to go through and split that thread. I sometimes go in it to search for something and it doesn't seem like superslow or anything now that nobody is looking at it, just noticeably so.

Since it touches on policy, I should have not deleted boomer's posts in US politics, they should have been merged like I did the second set. I just completely forgot that was one of the options in the dropdown. This isn't like a "double post" rule being declared or anything, I'm one of the worst offenders at it clearly especially for bad jokes, but I feel like eight in a row or more moves into a "these should be merged" territory. I personally have a hard limit on four in a row just because of how lame it starts to look but I definitely don't enforce that against anybody else or anything. I think Potato goes above that sometimes. The multi-quote is quite useful in the shitbin thread, just keep hitting "quote" as you scroll through and then you can do them all at once when you get to the end.

I do recognize that you have to remember what you might want to say. And if it's an image maybe have to "preview post" to remember what it was.

Anyway, I wanted to comment on that. boomer will be put in a camp and shot for other reasons, not the spamming.

I do occasionally, but that's because I'm usually catching up on the depravity first thing in the morning while taking a shit. 

I'm not doing the multi quote thing because I'm old and if I don't comment straight away I'll forget what I wanted to say. 

I blame you all anyway for not posting quick enough to break up my multi post drivel.

I like being able to multi post because each post is a different thought intended to be considered on its own, it doesn't bug me when others do it

conversely I have been bugged on other forums where people are like "never ever post twice in a row  you are in trouble now mister" who the fuck cares

at 5 or 6 within a very short period of time, you might be pushing it

I liked how it left no evidence they were multiple posts except for those line breaks unlike post deleting leaves the message. (Though this can be disabled or avoided, I left it as the default for transparency.) You can have it add line breaks or not between the posts, it'd be easy to do it without in the shitbin thread where there's responses to multiple things.

So if anyone ever sees a bunch of their "double" posts combined into one it's because I merged them as I was reading. I won't do it if the likes are different when I come to them though. That's the most important thing.

I can't speak for the awful heathens who populate this forum but Gadot is my Diana so she is always cherished but you have to admit that even you have a new waifu in your respectful of women gamers avatar. But can you imagine Gadot and Omar being in a loving wholesome wlw relationship that frees Palestine and ends anti-Semitism  peacefully?

Merging seems like a good idea. Mobile is a real bitch to work with on long posts so using the quote button is probably not going to happen for me.
