It’s working though so all the power to them, but I think this is just a horribly uninspired costume.

You can always see her exposed chest down to her undies in all her skins, but this one covers up literally everything else. The feet thing, sure, but that ship has already sailed (they literally have her crinkling her foot at the camera in her idle menu screen) and, let's be real, almost all the characters without shoes have a feet thing going on.

I don't even disagree that it'd be bteer if they fully embraced the gremlin onesie, but complaining about them sexualizing Juri of all people seems like such a massive waste of energy imo. Big "For me, it was tuesday" blip on the radar.

To have this discussion you've got to be open to discussing what Japanese games are often criticized about when it comes to sex and sexuality, and going by the additional comments from that person, they aren't willing to do that. A big thing is that BG3 is horny in general. Not simply toward men, but to everyone. Just scanning through that thread I saw multiple mentions of Dragon's Crown, which is a game I really like. But it's undeniably aimed at men in terms of its horniness. The same goes for all of Kamitani's games. Another thing is that BG3 is a game about adults. There aren't characters involved in those acts that are kids or who look childlike.

Would there be some hypocrites on the issue? Probably. But I think it would be overwhelmingly praised just as BG3 has been. That would mean not making a game that panders toward male otaku.

There are likely numerous other legal fights about trans people related to education which they could spend their time on which would have a greater chance of success. Not taking on this particular fight doesn't necessarily mean not fighting for trans people, just admitting that not all battles can be won given the circumstances. Taking on this fight would just delay the certification of this exemption by some matter of months, as Baylor's exemption would likely be granted after its first case and would be unlikely to be stayed for the duration of the ensuing legal cases, which given that this exemption was bizarrely made retroactive, would likely not in effect result in any net improvement. Shit absolutely sucks

Honestly, I enjoyed the Injustice stories. Superman giving Lasik to Shazam is one of my favorite evil-superman moments. But Homelander and Omni Man are both great picks as well. (Though I agree that two of them in the same DLC pack is..a bit overkill)
