There are likely numerous other legal fights about trans people related to education which they could spend their time on which would have a greater chance of success. Not taking on this particular fight doesn't necessarily mean not fighting for trans people, just admitting that not all battles can be won given the circumstances.

NeoCities is free small web hosting you can sign up for with nothing but an email if you just want to put up a basic HTML page or a few, I've used it for a few things, jokes mostly. They used to purge pretty easily so it was a good idea to archive, but I think they got big enough that they stopped caring. Last I remember you don't really get anything but a small hosting space, no software support, etc.

Though, yes, I assume the name is supposed to connect the two. You don't actually have to use ads on NeoCities unlike how you had to on GeoCities. I assume the costs are just so meager these days.
