The only real question is if it's intentional because Elon kept asking it to compare him against others and not liking the answer so they added a line to always make the case for Elon or if it's merely a downstream result of that thing they acknowledged where they told it to basically check Elon's opinion on topics first.

I like the possibility that it was Elon asking more reasonable questions like "is Elon or Bezos the best CEO" "is Elon more attractive than Bezos" and complaining about losing so they just hardcoded a simple line that always makes Elon win any comparison not thinking anyone but Elon would bother doing it.
