Like something changed? It didn't. It went comparable to XSS to downgrade in NPC count + other graphical effecs and it has unstable 30fps in docked mode. And it doesn't have a 60fps mode. It is closer to PS4 graphically than to XSS. But it is obvious that fps should be more stable than on PS4 + some additional graphical effects because stronger CPU and modern GPU.

Even if we take the videos as evidence of terrorist activity, and they seem to me incredibly flimsy since so much can be edited to create any kind of appearance, this particular attack is still hard to defend.

They are not a tiny group. All of the Mosques that were targeted were affiliated to either Lashkar-e-Taiba or Jaish-e-Mohammed. My issue is that I generally get too much anxiety to properly play bosses in Souls games. That's why I always play in coop. My anxiety disappears when I play games with people. I focus, and I'm actually able to make smart decisions on the fly. When I play on my own, I just can't concentrate, and I freak out, and I usually end up dying and getting super frustrated.

I've been playing these games since Demon's Souls. This is just a reality I do not know how to solve.

Since I can't really solve that problem here, I'll just have to avoid the fight entirely.

I saw that you can kinda cheese the fight with Ironeye, so I might give that a shot, but I'm not looking forward to it. I just wanted to play this game with my friends, but FROM just HAS TO make some part of this game absolutely miserable to play. It's like they can't help themselves. I just want to have fun in my limited free time.

I believe in you! I tried several times with Iron Eye, easy enough to kill each of her Ashes but she dodges arrows near constantly, so you have to bait her discs and pray you can get away from them and attack. Got very close with Iron Eye, but in the end I switched to Guardian and it was quite easy with the extra HP, dive bomb ult and the AoE Whirlwind ability. Just stick with it. You default to level 6 for the fight, it's not too bad really. Find the Nightfarer that works best for you and hopefully that's that!

Edit, it's worth doing! I'm really enjoying the Revenant in the runs I've done with her so far.

I'll be honest. There's no way I'm touching a Souls boss by myself. I've got years of experience telling me that that will only affect my mental health negatively.

(I'm being dramatic. I'll try it at some point. I just don't want to touch solo Souls right now, because I've never had a fun time playing Souls games solo. They're generally pretty miserable experiences for me, and I say this as someone that's played them since Demon's Souls)

The specific situation in the OP is not my focus here. My rage is directed at the fact businesses love hiring to the minimum staff required for basic functioning, and then get shocked when they discover their labor structure has no resiliency against real world conditions and problems.

Staff getting sick, randomly, and without warning, is a guarantee, not a possibility. If your business (and society at large) cannot survive a same day call out because someone woke up and immediately threw up because of the flu, can we at least appreciate the irony of getting mad that they didn't infect all your other staff/customers?

We've built a system that's not only dependent on causing maximal harm, it provides built in incentives to pursue them at each level, and it's convinced all of us to see each other as enemies to fight rather than the executives who designed it all. While we spat over rules of conduct imposed on us, they spend their time coming up with ever more elaborate scams to strip away more of your pay and benefits.

The macro economic losses due to sickness is exponentially magnified by the fact we have fully divorced infectiousness from the equation entirely. We all knowingly participate in the lie that the cold/flu "expire" after 24-hours, so obviously you cannot ever take more than 1 day off, it's "unreasonable". As if we have a mind-link with viruses and can command them to turn off.

Instead we pass around the illness between all our staff, causing continual interruptions and disconnects, scheduling conflicts, and general turmoil and stress. And we have the added bonus of infecting our customers so they can go to work and kick off the process all over again.

Even after the insanity of COVID, we immediately returned to this mythos, despite normalizing the idea that we can and should base our public participation on actual biology and science by testing for infectiousness, not subjective opinion based standards of "do you really feel 'bad' enough not to come in, seriously".

Is there a once sentence explanation for the shark?

It's the trans colors and once one of them declared it to be a trans icon all the rest followed because this is how they do everything. (Also they want to be children so they love "stuffies" and think women carry them because they think women are children.)

I never really investigated Broken Windows theory but doesn't it seem like...intuitively obvious? 

I also think it's hilarious how often Era in particular makes this point when someone of the wrong demographics is caught in a criminal act: well, you see, they were pushed into this by circumstances of poverty, want, inadequate housing, lack of access to "nice" neighborhoods, etc. They argue Broken Windows while being careful not to say it directly.

This is how they do everything. Scream constantly about THE SYSTEM then stop short of actually analyzing any systems and how they might work.

LEADERS can change people's minds on these things. Maybe if they educated themselves on the topic, and spoke rationally, they could either convince people that the whole thing is a nakedly political tactic to drag *everyone's* rights backwards, or highlight how absurd it is for the government to get into the business of dictating who is allowed to chase a ball around a middle school together.

What's most hilarious about this is that plagiarize continues to not know that the government runs schools and there's all kinds of laws on the books about school sports including Title IX.
