1) If you migrate to another country as a "privileged westerner" and don't learn their language and ignore their customes, you are ABSOLUTELY going to be, and be treated as, an outsider, and if your personal customs clash with local customs you are also ABSOLUTELY going to get fucked up by the people whose culture you are gate crashing - prescient example, the streamer Johnny Somali facing down a 40 year stretch for cuntyness that would absolutely fly without jail time in the US

2) If you as a "privileged westerner" want to emigrate to another country, it is extremely likely you want to do so BECAUSE of what that specific culture offers that you don't have where you already were, and you are specifically choosing that culture as a replacement for your own, because migration is a pretty big deal.

3) If you are fleeing a country as a refugee it is likely because of where that culture has taken that country and you want out - it is absolutely fucking retarded to import all the shit you are actively trying to escape from with you
