She had worn me down. There came a time where she began to be really critical of me and that turned into blow ups. She would text me non stop when I was at work, I would dread going home and she would usually let me have it when I got there. I started to withdraw from her and she could never really understand why, it was just about what she needed from me and I was going my best. She was really hateful and mean to me. I had always been told by friends that I was a caring, gentle person but she's made me feel like a monster.

It's a very sad situation, for her as well. I've always felt like I've never been good enough and that's been validated, so I'm just going to be by myself. The lack of support is difficult, however.

I tried checking various reports and the primary source is the guy yelling while filming himself burning a factory with twenty people inside. Also, he wasn’t an employee of Kimberly-Clark who owned the warehouse. But a separate distributer company. So effectively he wasn’t sticking it to his employers. As for the other factory workers salaries, well, seems they’re jobless now. Because of the fire.

Fellow educators, get in here. I need to vent and I'm curious if my experiences mirror any other teachers.

First of all, good for this dude for actually trying to do good at a difficult job. It's not Nepenthe Organizing but it's something.

I feel like every once in a while you hear about a horror schools like this on the news and no one really seems to have an idea how to fix it. It's like a self accelerating nightmare where it keeps getting worse.

I read the /teacher section on reddit and it's all stories like that.  Some group of 20 kids ruins the entire grade but they can't be failed and they are required to graduate.  Someone needs to go Joe Clark on this nation but "tracking," a kid or implying they belong in a special unit is worse than sexually assaulting them. 

JdFox17 has made basically the same exact thread before, posted that other thread to r/teachers before deleting it because he got criticized, has complained in similar terms in other threads, etc.

He's the guy who has the same name as (or is) that teacher I uncovered in his state that got fired for banging in the classroom. Who claims he fled to another state because his "wife couldn't get a job that paid enough" or whatever.

Era responded similarly in the past to his comments, and I'm not saying he's wrong or anything, just that I obviously don't trust his version of events same as any Era member.

By "we haven't been able to properly negotiate" he means the state only uses violence to force agreement to arbitrated terms now instead of acceptance of any union demanded terms.

Unionization in the US halted well before the "union busting and corruption" aka no longer making it illegal to not join a union. The biggest union fetishists don't work in union-friendly fields in the first place. Same as all these bougies thinking they're proletariat.

Things are better than ever, you're just greedy and want more given to you from others and rather than target the people stealing from you because that'd be too hard and you think they're the solution, you target the innocent and those who actually benefit you who are easier to harm. Why would Unreal be a good game just because its engine is used? And not even the engine that powered the Unreal games.
