I also had a heart attack (That's how I found out I had diabetes lol) and when people say "you scared me, I almost had a heart attack", I don't get offended either.

He's only facing two misdimeanors:

They probably would have dropped the first one and let them pay $75 for the Class B but they insisted on fighting it.

....not a single one of them, in their expert knowledge of the industry and what will, or will not, be a success, predicted that Helldivers 2 would blow up like it did when it launched. Because it's significantly easier to predict a failure than it is a success. Outside of some legacy IP, or developers with strong track records, predicting a "win" in this industry is incredibly hard. Hell, not a single person on the net would have anticipated Cyberpunk 2077 having the disastrous launch it did (in terms of performance on the PS4 and Xbox ONE), but that game was a financial success, and sold millions despite it all, but the point is that it's just not that easy to see where things are going to go when it comes to the positive, profitable side of the coin. Any game can bomb. Even the Wii U bombed, after coming from the massive success that was the Wii.

I want to respectfully caution against this current track of conversation. With the caveat that multiple people in this thread have acknowledged either knowing or having first and/or secondhand accounts of DeMayo's behavior. I'm not ruling over them, I don't know him better than they do, and I absolutely respect their contribution to the discussion.

I just want to caution against the conflation of "sexual liberation" to "sexual predation." That conflation is often instinctual, but not often true. Sexual misconduct/assault, especially in the workplace, is sadly common. And oftentimes, it's committed by people who wouldn't consider themselves, or even be described as, "sexually liberal." In many cases, the opposite.

This is worth pointing out because the likening to predation is often used to stifle sex positive movements -- which range from the act of sex to non-heteronormative sexual and gender identity.
