For personal pizzas I’d recommend Kenji’s cast iron method since it’s super easy assuming you just want one pizza at a time.
1. Get a 10-12 inch cast iron and spread your pizza dough in it
2. Set your oven at the highest temperature with a rack in the middle
3. Add sauce, cheese, toppings to pizza dough
4. Put it in your oven till the top looks done.
5. Take the cast iron out of the oven and on top of the stove. Cook it on high till the bottom crust is to your liking
6. Enjoy the pizza!
