I've been cooking a lot of chickpeas lately. Sautee some onions, garlic, ginger, chickpeas...throw in whatever vegetable you like (I love the water broccoli and ginger go together) and you've got a nice lunch. I try to just do this instead of ordering fast food if I'm at home and don't have leftovers from last night.
