If Trump loses his marbles it's Vance and the Call of Duty groupchat setting the rates. China 69%.

No, he didn't. He told everyone he wants to increase taxes on everyone because he hates free trade. He did this in his first term after he spent decades saying it should be done (Trump called for massive tariffs on Japan and opposed NAFTA at the turn of the 90's), was one of the biggest tax increases ever enacted. The man's never lied about this, as JD Vance tweeted, they literally believe mercantilism is legit and that America is too terrible and incompetent to survive capitalism if foreigners are allowed to participate. Stopping free trade has been about the only political stance Trump hasn't ever changed his position on other than his belief that he would be the greatest president ever another position he's held since the 1980's.

Marxists like Trump are endemic in our society, it takes zero time at all to find people who would prefer we're all poorer as long as other people are poorer too. The quickest way to convince people to hurt themselves is tell them that it will hurt someone they've decided to dislike.

You should check how much of it is built in the United States. Its final assemble appears to be in Canada but that was probably because there wasn't a tariff on assembling them there and "re-importing" them if so many components were American made.

There's a reason there's so many Honda plants in the United States and almost none of them sold here come from Japan except the software.

I'm well aware how much Honda cars are made in USA but I wasn't sure just how much.

Also, I might be paying a manga tax and hurting Japan is one of the last things I want.

Why should I give a shit other than join the cries of Chicken Little lib fags who have wah-wah'd Trump since 2016? I used to be like that. Why would I want to live like that again? Who gives a shit?

Wuh oh. Turns out the libs are feeling sorry for the criminals again.

Again, who gives a shit?
People who just don't believe any lies the cops and their bootlickers give about people whose rights they're violating because they never expect their own rights to be violated since they're the main character and that doesn't happen to our heroes:
Spoiler:  (click to show)

This administration and its supporters on social media/in the media/in Congress/etc. claim that you have no due process rights and the state should be able to do whatever it wants to you. Yet you feel the need to believe they're honest about their victims despite saying it doesn't matter? They openly say they don't give a shit about what happens to anyone including citizens because they don't believe the power of the state should ever be limited, so why would you think they care about innocent people being harmed by their actions rather than just do whatever they want and then lie about the victims after?

They're deliberately refusing to prove their claims and you seem to think that's support for their claims being true. And further you're asking why anyone should give a shit that they're saying they can do this to anyone they want.

Their very argument is that they should be allowed to grab you off the street tomorrow and dump you wherever they want and you have no right to even ask for the charges. As a Black Muslim Socialist with ties to the foreign terrorist group SEGA I'd imagine you might give a bit of a shit about what they're claiming is legal to do.

Yeah, you're right it's not good and it's against due process. But what do you want from me? If Democrats unfucked themselves and returned back to this

there wouldn't be any problems but their supporters lost their shit and went full on pro illegal immigrant when Trump won in 2016. So now, because Dems are now "where will pick our crops?" towards the illegals it forces anyone and everyone to course correct and throw our hands up in apathy as long as something gets done and to see a government actually recognize the problem even if you don't always agree with the solutions.

Thanks for schooling me with your logic. Yeah, you're right.

I appreciate that this could be talking about us, people on twitter or the President of the U.S. and his entire cabinet.

No, it doesn't. This is just saying you're so reactionary you'll do any stupid thing as long as some other person did a stupid thing you can claim is the cause. It's just a modified politicians syllogism: We have to do something the Democrats are against, the Democrats are against this so we have to do this.

In his first term, Trump was open to the Gang of Eight bill which got 68 votes in the Senate in 2007 in return for getting his wall. He eventually backed off when reminded his supporters don't want him to do "the art of the deal" instead of just being cruel and doing illegal things on immigration instead.

Trump has zero interest in "solving" the immigration problems, he wants to keep it as a cudgel against Democrats.

The white house responded with "no we didnt" and then showed the formula that does exactly that

The best part is them adding epsilon and phi symbols to make it look more mathematical, but assigning them values of 4x0.25 meaning it results in a completely irrelevant 1.

Quote:I want to start with Nike actually. As of the time that I’m typing this, the stock is down 14% pre-market. As far as I'm concerned, Nike is the perfect specimen of American capitalism. The profitable design work is mostly done in the US. The manufacturing is done in countries like Vietnam. And the whole brand exists as it does because the US is a global powerhouse for exporting culture (like star athletes). It just makes perfect sense for the stock to get nuked like this, as both its basic business model and the American brand value gets trashed.
