Absolutely fucking nobody has ever committed suicide specifically for a political purpose. That is inarguably not a thing that happens, by literal fucking definition. Any suggestion otherwise is fucking disgusting.

Era has always been total fucking dogshit on mental health. Since the day I got here, I have consistently felt as if I would literally be better off in the political hands of people who literally believe my illnesses do not exist. Not one single time have I been convinced that the overwhelming majority of those most vocal on Era view mental health as anything less than a fucking cudgel to give their preferred political issues ever so slightly more moral authority. Moderation banned multiple people in this thread who interacted with this (iirc prominent) poster and didn't say a single goddamned word to a straight fucking troll allowed to go on for like twenty fucking pages.

Also no one told these studios and publishers to make bloated GAAS shit and spend a decade on development.

Studios/publishers that kept on the 2 - 3 year cycle for most titles with 1 or 2 big projects like Nintendo and Capcom are doing mostly fine.
Hell, even Kojima who is known for taking his time is dropping 2 Death Strandings in the span of 4 - 6 years. 

With projects like Spider Man 2 it's hard to see where the budget went, considering how it looks exactly like Spider-Man, yet they managed to burn $300 million on it.

The likes of Anthem should've been a wake up call but they all just doubled down on a strategy that already didn't work.

I just now read about the Assassins Creed roadmap and how they're making this sort of hub/portal app for the ongoing live service stuff of 3 connected Assassins Creed games and I'm like, bois why not just make the game instead of a fucking GAAS app. 

Also drop the LGBTQ+ Propaganda and Woke politics from your video games because apparently and to everyones big surprise the disabled unemployable communists on benefits don't have the disposable income to buy $500 videogame boxes and $80 games.

Oh and stop with the dumb mid-gen hardware refreshes or confirm your roadmaps, I would've probably bought a PS5 for FF7: Rebirth and some other exclusives now that the Xbox isn't getting them but with the PS5 Pro coming I don't want to buy the current model and at that point I might as well hold out for the PC release anyway.
