Many people here know I am not a fan of Elon and I think he's a massive dipshit, that doesn't mean a binding deal from a majority shareholder vote isn't a binding deal that shouldn't be overturned by a single judge on behalf of a person with nine shares. Laws are important and judges shouldn't be able to overturn them at will for personal reasons, which is what McCormick did in Delaware. I don't think Musk needs more money, but I do think following the law is important for democracy to prevail.

And I don't love CEOs, I worked in corporate America for many decades, I know firsthand how terrible many of them can be.

None of that has ANYTHING to do with you wanting to ban a member here because you disagree with them.

You aren't wrong! I am bluntly honest though, even when its not in my best interest, and I do love a good debate. Part of my autism possibly.

I believe that:

- Murder is wrong.
- The killer should go to jail for what he did.
- The "snitch" should not be looked down upon for upholding the law.
- The UH CEO was a piece of shit.
- UH is a terrible insurance company which does great harm to many of the same people who pay them regularly.
- US healthcare needs drastic reform because its terrible and harmful.
- Posters on ERA should not be banned for having opinions counter to the "groupthink", we should welcome discussion even when its uncomfortable.

Personally I don't t think any of this is anything too extreme or radical, but maybe I'm wrong? 🤔
