That's what I actually find more questionable. Why did he plead guilty to attempted murder but is now saying that he didn't intend to kill her. Given he has mental health issues it makes me wonder in what state of mind he was when he pleaded guilty

This topic in particular is my "am I becoming a jaded old man" mental worry stone. 

I used to be very sympathetic to this kind of concern, but now I'm like...who gives a a shit?

Short story:

I am working in here for a year and when people call which name I prefer I said I don't mind but sadly they picked the other one because there is another person who has my preferred name. Now I can't undo this.

Update after one year:

Nothing changed in one year and it still bothers me. I am planning to say "please use this while talking to me" to my colleagues. If they continue using my other name, I'll start calling them with their other names or just surnames. Or maybe I'll ignore them if they call my not preferred name. Why I have to work with immature people?

a lot of comedians don't like being filmed when doing private shows like this because often they are workshopping new material. I think thats probably the extent of it here.
