If any of you guys are familiar with the internet lolcow "Cyraxx" (no, not the yellow mortal kombat cyborg), he basically had an a-logging troll in real life named Marty who beat the fuck out of Cyrax in real life, probably one of the only times ever a lolcow went face to face with their greatest internet troll (and got beat up). 

Long story short, Marty died IRL a few days ago and kiwifarms is honoring his lega-........ wait what..... huh? They're mocking the shit out of him? I'm not surprised, but what makes this crazy to me, is Kiwi Farms was, more or less, pretty much seemed to be on Marty's side and egging him on against Cyraxx. Now that he's dead, suddenly it's "fuck this fat retarded (jewish slur) drunk trash, thank god he's fucking dead, i hope he's burning in hell."

And that's not to say I'm talking any sides, I know barely anything about these weird people; one's a physically deformed, physically replusive manchild of some sort, and the other was an obese drug addicted bully of some sort, but yeeeeeeesh siding with the bully and then immediately mocking said bully as soon as he dies and then trolling their grieving family is just really foul to me.

I can't speak for everyone but the game I played the most in 2024 was Zenless Zone Zero and not because I felt the need to continue the grind out of some sort of obligation but because I was actively having fun with it. The Story is rad the music is rad and the gameplay is engaging.

I just think it's absurd that so many people instantly go to " Oh well clearly your a gambling addict". Just because they like gachas. Especially from people that are not even in the gacha scene at all.

It would be equally as assumptive to assume someone had a drinking problem just because they like to unwind at night with a drink.

And you can express frustration at not being able to do the thing that helps you wind down at night without it being "withdrawal".

For those unaware, PSN was down for just about 24 hours. During that time numerous gamers were unable to play games in a variety of ways. Some outright couldn't play games they owned digitally at all, others were unable to complete their dailies, and some were even unable to spend time with their loved ones in virtual worlds such as FF14.

Thinking I'd be a cool uncle I decided to game share my PS library of 600 digital games with my little nephew only to be locked out from playing every single one of them for over a day. With nary a word from Sony about what's happening thousands of dollars worth a games I purchased where held in limbo. It really sucks and makes me regret buying into Sonys ecosystem and digital media in general.
