It won't because AFAIK, even if you discount the place being extremely contaminated by now  and being home to a relatively high number of terrorists, there's nothing that make the Gaza coast a more desirable location than the other 1000s of kilometres of undevelopped Mediterranean coastline, including right across the border in Egypt.

I do hope that Barron and Don Jr blow the entire family fortune on that ridiculous endeavour though.

Once upon a time the New York Times wrote some articles about Trump and the alt right, specifically a journalist named Maggie Haberman. 

Because Trump had been a source for her New York reporting and whatnot prior to him running for office and she did phone interviews with him they dubbed her "MAGA Haberman" and created the headcanon that she was a Trump fan/supporter or perhaps even lover.

Marvel Games has been succeeding tremendously by having their own gaming label, partnering with many devs in the industry.

And they also had a lot of bombs that other studios needed to eat the cost of it. Famously killing Square Enix western game division. Those successes? Two Chinese controlled games with people that actually know how to create a live service (suddenly you guys are fans of it ) and fighting games rereleases. Is also curious you don’t mention Star Wars  given that they have the same licensing model.

So, I was playing Spider-Man 2 and noticed how Spidey constantly rescues injured people and delivers them straight to ambulances.

Given everything I've read about the U.S. healthcare system—ambulance rides costing thousands of dollars, people going bankrupt over medical bills, some even preferring to take an Uber to the hospital—wouldn't Spider-Man actually be making things worse for these people?

Like, imagine getting hurt, only to wake up in an ambulance knowing you're about to get slammed with an $8,000 bill.

Maybe the real hero move would be dropping them directly to the hospital instead.
