It's very strange and I don't know why they haven't just implemented a ban clause to their guidelines that allows them to give you the boot if they don't like the cut of your gib. Correct me if I'm wrong but the current set up is:

• We don't have a rule list because it "puts our staff in danger"
  
• A community board for discussing policy both current and future, but you can't see it if you're a lurker or too new
  
• If you're too new then you receive further scrutiny rather than less when moderated
  

Anyone with a brain can tell you that's stacking the deck against newcomers, they clearly want to see if you'll fall in line without being explicitly told and go out of their way to permanently remove anyone that doesn't pass the vibe check. Why do they go to such lengths to obfuscate the process? I'm not sure, I used to think it was to try to appear welcoming to people in the industry to try and carry on the gaf prestige, but most of those types have been gone for years, any that remain only pop in briefly to shill their new thing (MaxDood, Jason S, Druckmann). At this point it's got to be a power trip.

Last night after i puked up my guts I just screamed, primal a fucking tirade of impotent rage. I ripped off my shit like a wrestler and punched a door frame hard enough to damage it.

I died during a surgery once, the propofol or w/e its called stopped my heart for a short time. I didn't see anything, I just woke up like nothing happened. It was pure nothingness. As scared as I am to miss all the things in life I've not had I'm far more terrified of the pain of never being worth a goddamn.
