Spotify (listed on US stock exchange) to Qobuz (France).
Google search to Quantz (France) .
Chrome to Vivaldi (Norway).

I don't know how Era can sacrifice so much? They are the true martyrs to the cause.

It's not that straightforward either. I just took a look at what I'm drinking right now and Monster Energy cans in Europe point to an address in Ireland, but after a quick search at wikipedia, it turns out the company is originally from California. So... I'm definitely reducing the consumption of this shit.

Changing my phone from Pixel to Samsung next time as there isn't really a good high-end solution from Europe. I know it's still Google OS, but at least they don't get money for hardware anymore. FU Troomple!

Canadian here. I've cancelled Amazon Prime and YouTube Premium. US groceries and products are being avoided whenever possible unless the US company in question somehow has a much higher ethicality than normal such as Costco or Mozilla.

Admittedly, I still have a Google Play subscription to Skritter since continuing to learn Japanese vocabulary will be much more difficult without it.

I've considered this before, but recently pulled the trigger. I bought a Suunto sports watch as I had a Garmin one, break on me. I kinda traded an evil for another one. US/Swiss to China/Finland. Apparently, this one was one of last collection to be made in Finland, at least.

First I don't recommend a buy European stance but a "buy anything but American" stance because you can replace the difference with a lot of Chinese products & services (like Temu). It's been pretty easy to do in Canada with a bit of effort. Here are the only things I found impossible to replace:

- Streaming Services
- Apple products
- Diet Pop Replacement
- Traveling to US (due to work)

Everything else I've been able to successfully replace with something that wasn't American.

If we're talking dreams then partner who does well enough to allow me to be a stay at home mom to a couple of children. Have that family unit to pour love into but also be active in the community and my community. That's pretty much all I could ask from life now that transition is where it is.

As if it needs to be said these guys only watch movies with a hulk in it, Anora is from Sean Baker. A decade ago he made a movie, Tangerine, about trans prostitutes. Plenty more slurs in that one! But like all his movies, it’s really a slice of life type movie about forgotten people. Maybe they’re angry The Florida Project focused on the poor families living in the outskirts of Disney World. Nobody disses the mouse.
