I like how Spain always goes under the radar while probably being the worst of the colonial powers when it comes to death and destruction and then not caring about the aftermath when they left.

I'm just gonna dip out of the thread because I've made my point and I have zero plans of ever playing now and seeing everyone playing upsets (I'm jealous, I played the 1st beta) me since I refuse to play it again. It's such a sad, bitter irony that so many impressionable young men and women despise transfolk by proxy because they were told to by shitbags.

It's not hyperbole to say that I would be a worse person today if not for the trans people, and queer people in general, that I've met and made friends with.

That said, I'm fully aware of the dichotomy that trans people are gonna witness today, and frankly always, of cis allies proselytising about their desire to help, by sharing links to GoFundMes and resources, and then never actually following through and putting their own money where their mouth is.

I myself am as guilty of this as the next cis person, obviously. But due to current events, certainly in the US, it's no longer something that can be ignored for our own convenience so we can all retreat back to comfort zones.

So just ask yourself, do you really need to buy the Steam version of The First Berserker: Khazan today or can you put it to the side for a while and spend that money in a place that's more worthy of it?

You can afford to be bored for a hot minute.
