The mod still violates their rule against inappropriate content, the wording of which specifically covers mods that are "provocative, divisive, objectionable, discriminatory, or abusive toward any real-world individual or group." It then specifies gender identity as covered by that, and that "real world issues" mods must be handled in a "tasteful, respectful, and non-inflammatory" manner.

The technicality Nexus let the creator off for seems to be that they don't explicitly state the inappropriateness of their mod. Which is a weird technicality, and also doesn't work because the rule says content just has to be "generally construed" to be that way. The creator doesn't have to put "this is a bigoted dog whistle" along with a string of slurs in the description, if that's generally understood to be the purpose.

All locking the comments accomplishes is protecting the creator and their supporters, since they can't stick to the "accuracy" claim from the original description for long. I looked through a celebratory post on Steam, and they didn't even try to be subtle. You have to be pretty out of the loop to not get what this mod is about.

Body type 1 and 2 is also just simply incorrect for Oblivion. The game will instantly address you as either woman or man after you made your choice. Like isn't it equally problematic to say your gender is tied to your body type? I don't get at all how this is supposed to be trans inclusive. It simply isn't.
