I think that if you are someone who is made uncomfortable by the cover, that's completely understandable. Everyone has their own reasons for disliking art that might push their personal boundaries.

But this ain't it.

If you think the album cover sucks, that's a valid opinion. But the idea that women need to think about "the optics" before doing a photoshoot because their rights are under attack by Republicans is pretty damn backwards thinking.

It's her body and her art. And this take is made worse by your later implication that she isn't the one in control of her own body

I'm not really convinced the issue with social media is the danger it poses to children, more the dangers it poses to everyone and consequentially to society. Huge numbers of adults are addicted to social media and it is having devastating effects on their mental health. Large swathes of society live in borderline parallel universes because their social media activity constantly reinforces their biases and exploits their prejudices. It probably isn't a precise analogue for any vice, but it must be regulated and if the providers refuse to regulate it then yes, bans are appropriate.
