Like I said, it's such obvious projection. I don't mean to pick on Rousseau (or Marx or etc.), and I don't even need to pick "lefties" as there's an endless amount of conservatives I can pick with similar positions, but you can be overwhelmed in reading how they think all people are (because of how they themselves think) or would be if they saw the truth and how society has ruined them from the happiness of a mythological Eden (DENYING ME WHAT I EARNED AND DESERVE) and see why these types always think a violent mass destruction of everything for a totalitarian state where everyone is "forced to be free" is the solution.

The only reason Nepenthe and most of ResetERA.com seem to think anyone (but themselves) ever does anything is because they're forced to. They outright state that you can't reason someone to be better, you have to immediately get to violence, not to change them but just to eradicate them for being subhuman (like yts) or having bad souls (like yts) since learning is impossible. (FORGIVE OUR STUDENT LOANS PLS, END PARENTS RIGHTS PLS) There just would be perfect happiness and plenty as everyone lives in harmony but some people (like yts) refuse to get with the picture and instead impose their deranged morals that don't presume an automatic utopia on the rest of us. The vanguard staff members can just access all possible knowledge about any topic as necessary, why can't you?

Their ideology chooses 100% nurture over nature since all choices are black-and-white binaries and then when nurture fails (as obviously expected) they have to fall back on 100% nature. And so you're left with mass murder banning of trolls for the utopia. There's really nowhere else to go logically, once you accept these premises you're locked in. They can't reject the premises because they're necessary for the conclusions and besides rejecting many of the premises just helps the chuds.

There was a time above, a time before, perfect things, diamond absolutes. Then society/capitalism/YouTubers/algorithms/GamerGate/luxury/atheism/science/Protestantism/etc. drove man to fall from temptation. Now the prophet awakened to the singular method of history has identified the obvious completely clear way to save humanity. Some will resist, there's always those who refuse to see the light, which is why the prophet will need to impose it, sometimes the world only makes sense if you force it to. The entire mental framework is only ever destructive and prone to nihilism.

This person is very active on Facebook and almost daily puts up statuses and stories. I also just talked to them a few days ago about random stuff. I was excited about finally watching the live action One Piece later in the week (I don't have full access to the TV with Netflix at home), and they are going through a whole collection of Junji Ito manga to help through their depressive episode after a recent break-up. They were really enjoying it, too.

So to see that in the 3 days since that conversation their profile got deactivated... it really worries me. They were complaining about work taking time away from their reading but that they'd still squeeze it in throughout the next few days. But it's the lingering depression that they've been suffering through the past couple of months that bothers me. Could something have happened?

Now I wish I had some other means of checking up on them... I never thought their social media would go completely dead like this considering how active they were.

I'm legit considering driving up to their house tonight. Maybe deactivating Facebook was just a means to disconnect from things so they can focus on reading, but I can't shake the feeling that something terrible has happened. Is this a bad idea? I don't know what to do.

My friend works at a nearby gas station. I've sometimes joked that I'd one day just randomly drop in during their shift, and they said they'd be happy to see me. During our last convo they told me they'd be working Tuesday and Wednesday, and usually they get a day off every two days so I have to assume today would've been their day off.

I think I'll head over to the gas station tomorrow then. I've seen some of these "experts" claim that there was no anti-Semitic culture in Germany (and Europe in general) before the Nazis. I think they really imagine Hitler rolled up one day after prison and was like "so, I've been thinking about these Jews and boy do they suck" and everyone went "wow, I hadn't thought about it before but he's right!" And a couple weeks later Joanne Eva Braun was having them put against walls.

It's like when you see somebody talking about how things currently are supposedly "exactly" like "1930's Germany" when 1933 was too late. 1930 was when Hindenburg started "ruling" by decree and the anti-Weimar parties cracked 40% leading to the Nazi's two 1932 election wins and January 1933 assumption of power. Before the (March) 1933 election was when Hindenburg signed decrees to dump civil liberties, shut down freedom of the press (to stop disinformation) and allowed the Nazis to continue to engage in some police-free community policing and community justice against those who opposed their (Weimar) abolitionist agenda.

How much these "anti-fascists" talk about Nazi Germany you'd think they might have studied it at least once, especially how it came about. 

In this particular case we find the typical cognitive dissonance of the censorship advocate who cannot imagine the censor being someone other than themselves. As if a state that historically censored unapproved doctrines would have allowed a "they/them" Jew to argue in favor of toleration of their gender or religious identity rather than suppress it with the force they wish to wield against opinions of which they don't personally approve. They imagine the censor as suppressing "two hundred years of debate on The Jewish Question" in favor of the Jews and not, say, the cishet Christians.
