They don't care how it makes people with these conditions feel when they' constantly see "allies" declare bigots and the people who want us dead are mentally ill, "sick in the head" or have our conditions, implying we're not better then those monsters. Those posts are not actually black humor though, they're just weaponizing ableism to attack Trump. Two are obvious jokes and one is using an actual condition, something you can actually be diagnosed with, as an insult. Don't use an actual condition that people suffer from as an insult, it's offensive. That's all we're saying.

Think about how you would act if they were racist, sexist, or phobic jokes or insults. The most I can say is that large scale sports entities don't care who or what you are as long as you can make them money. If there was a woman who could consistently kick a 70 yard field goal, she'd be in the NFL, hard stop. If a trans woman could run a 4.1 40, she'd be in the NCAA track team, hard stop. They'd market them to high heaven and get fat off their fame as they have always done with disenfranchised people with talent.

What makes them cowardly is that they will not uphold the spirit of competition when the best the disenfranchised have ever done is come in 3rd one time. They turn their nose up at that because, at the end of the day, they can't make money off of the spirit of competition, no matter how much their advertising says otherwise. The most they'll do is put out a PSA commercial suggesting inclusion and leave it at that.

I mean anything I say against this is going to be incredible callous, and I'm not about to go to bat for the NCAA. But I will say that the pushback against everything happening to trans people in athletics right now has NOTHING to do with the competition their in and IS coming from the overstepping of biggots who have no idea what they're talking about.
