This antagonistic attitude out of nowhere is totally unnecessary when replying to someone who said they were purposely searching for the feature, were told where it is, and said they were grateful and that they tried to find it but couldn't. This is a user who was trying to "bother using" the feature but couldn't find it.

Considering your frequent laments about the algorithm killing nuanced discussion with people going to extremes all the time, I truly wonder why you 9 times out of 10 come in hot in this thread even for something as banal as a user asking a question about a feature, especially when you replied to it after it was already answered. Net zero help and only a pithy comment meant to shame the user for something they were actually "bothering" about.

Honestly, I've been made very uncomfortable with how fandoms treat characters, like their owed sex or to romance characters. I've said this in the past but the old Bioware forums were really bad when it came to Samara (and character who had repeatedly said no to Shepard and was in mourning both times) and demanded she MUST be romancable which eventually she did in the Citadel DLC. Like... You're owed a date or sex, if someone says no, accept it, I feel like games should point that out. On that related note, I dislike games where they treat not romancing a character a bad thing, like it's some sort of failure or treats the player character as lonely or give them no alternative videos.

No. I associate princesses with usually more than 1 aesthetic that I really did not like (and still do not like):

1. Extreme amount of jewelry--in numbers or in size--, to the point that I question whether they are weighed down by it. The worst offenders tend to wear something, or a collection of somethings, on their head.
2. An obviously impractical hairstyle, often to go with the extreme amount of jewelry, that look more like it is an art piece of some kind than a hairstyle.
3. Intricate patterns on the clothes that assault the senses too much, added on top of all the jewelry.
4. Giant puffy dresses that look like they take up several people's worth of floor space.

First, they're ignorant about how much money AIPAC actually spends, politicians get literally a couple thousand dollars from them every few years. Among millions from all kinds of groups, including groups they support and have no problem with politicians getting money from.

The other is if they accept that politicians, or anyone else, actually believes things they don't have a "simple fix" to get them to think correctly. If giving small amounts of money to politicians changes their minds completely, then wouldn't pro-abortion groups be able to just pay everyone to be pro-abortion? This isn't the case so they have to rationalize it by assuming the anti-abortion or AIPAC or whatever just have more money and pay more. Since they don't care to look up how much the politicians actually get they don't have to deal with the fact that this theory isn't supported by any evidence. Good example was from the other day where they thought Elon Musk was paying Democrats to support him, when it was a lobbying firm that has nearly 200 clients and the headline figure included all the lobbying they did towards Democrats. If you actually looked into their public lobbying records, the $4 million from the headline was out of the $23 million the firm spent on all politicians and SpaceX had contributed $150K of that $23 million. (So it's plausible Elon paid for no lobbying at all of Democrats. I imagine the lobbying was done towards districts that include launchpads.)

This is aside from the fact that the poli sci field has actually studied this and almost all donations follow exactly as you suggested, the person takes a position on something, shows they're good for it and then groups give them money. They want to pretend politicians are blank slates until after they get elected and then they're given money to decide all their views. Which would raise too many questions about how they could possibly get elected in the first place.

Not to mention that if AIPAC really was so effective as they think, they have no chance. There's literally one and a half national politicians who don't support Israel. How in the world could you imagine that you could compete with a conspiracy with that success rate? Especially when you see the return they're getting for the small amounts of money they spend.

I'm playing through the Borderlands series again in the run up to 4 and honestly? I'm continually impressed by Moxxi's portrayal as a character (and really all of the women across the Borderlands series).

She could so easily be a purely male gaze driven character, and perhaps she was originally, but making her a badass pansexual goofball by way of Elvira is pure golddust.

I just walked to my local Safeway shopped and bagged and checked out while streaming from my iPhone hotspot Apollo on my Odin 2 Portal in my satchel (shoutout to CRKD Switch carrying case satchel). The Odin 2 Portal's Apollo is streaming 5G from my phone hotspot back to my gaming pc (9800x3D, RTX 5090, 96GB DDR5 6600 MHz RAM) where I have Delta loaded, and I plug in my Viture XR glasses into my Odin 2 Portal in my satchel and I basically played this game while shopping at Safeway. The future is here. I have no performance issues but then again my setup is beast.
