While it's understandable to hate/dislike someone who hates/dislikes you, the best and most human thing to do is to not drop down to their level. Show them, and everyone else, that there is a better way.

A day later and I got to say it still feels pretty awesome knowing he just got blown the fuck away right out in the open while spouting his shit. 31 years old. I'm pretty accustomed to blinding tooth pain it as have fractures in a number of teeth that cause problems more often than I'd like. Feels like you've had an axe crack your face in half at its worst and I've had to handle that for several days at a time (always ends up developing on a Friday lol).
I basically back-to-back alternate paracetamol and codeine, and ibuprofen every 2 hours (so 4 between each type) but my main salve is ice cold water which always soothes it, but only for a few moments as obviously the water warms up quickly when in my mouth. So I basically end up drinking litres and litres of water when it gets rough.
Godspeed for the dentist, I hope you don't need a root canal.

Just get to a dentist, they can fix anything. WTF are you doing mixing alcohol, benzos, and opioids. Also Codine every four hours? That is mental on its own. Yeah codine is relatively mild, it is still addictive and an opioid so you are inherently developing a tolerance and physical dependency to opioids.

Go to the dentist, get off the drugs. Get your shit together.
