I coach a ladies football team and we've had to play against trans players. Let me tell you, the majority of women don't like playing against them, they are usually in fear of being injured and the competitive advantage is massive.

It was literally on the first page of that thread, the 29th post. I clicked the thread, swiped down a few times and saw my bright purple highlight of a post. You're digging and ban-baiting for something that's just not there. 

You posting this like a gotcha when all you did is point out the study limitations, and it still doesn't justify any bans or reinvestigating trans women for "biologal factors" and "unfair athletic advantages" as Kamala is alluding to here by listening to transphobes.

It also doesn't justify not banning for those factors. One of the most common studies cited is the one about marathon runners, how there wasn't any advantages in that use case. People have cited that study so many times and then you click it and actually read it and see they're only talking about long-distance running and it's like what are we doing here? Sports are all over the place. 

You're not wrong that studies are often limited and uncommon, but that's true for trans athletes as a whole.

And that's the core of the issue — there aren't enough studies done on this to make blanket statements. You said in that thread there's advantages and disadvantages, which I'm gonna assume you were tryin to say it varies by sport, which is literally the most reasonable take ever. There's so many sports out there that each require specific physical traits that it's impossible to just make blanket statements on this.

So yeah you're right, folks shouldn't be bitching about that, but that's not the point.

Absolutely not, the website is registered in America and while MOBA Network itself is originally a Swedish company they have a US branch that operates in Las Vegas and will comply with the law. Honestly, expecting any website that is hosted in the US and not on the dark web to not comply with the law is a fool's errand, and naive. Even if they wind up not complying, you should assume at all times that they will because it's by far the most likely avenue they will take.
