This feels like at most a false flag if not outright evidence tampering by the FBI. Like, there's one bullet they wrote on, which is in unspent casing so it's not one of the bullets they fired, and they wrote anti-ice in hurriedly scrawled marker? By a shooter who only actually shot detainees? Like that screams bullshit.
