There have been randomizers but not for this gen and not working with the DLC and patches in an easy piece of software to my knowledge until this.

What does it let you do? Full control, of randomizing or controlling constant, the appearing pokemon and trainer pokemon of the wild/trainers/gym leaders/anybody and their tera types, their movesets, etc.

Is this for people who like to play vanilla by the rules? Not necessarily. This is more-so as a fun modifier you can do to extend your fun with some otherwise difficult-to-love games.

So for example, I don't play vanilla Pokemon SV (well, now I am, because the Switch 2 update and I'm giving it a shot again). My current mods are:
- Increased Level of Detail
- Uncapped 144 FPS at 4K
- Infinite items/money cheat
- Infinite flying/gliding in air mod
- Improved camera control mod
- Pokemon Resaturated recoloring mod
- Pokemon highest spawn density
- Black-colored trainer uniforms
- Improved traversal/slope-slipping mod
- Improved shiny visual indicator (the Pokemon's eyes glow like the sun, easy to spot in the wild)
- Pokemon Compass (a difficulty and game rehaul/romhack for Scarlet/Violet that totally redesigns, challenges, and curates every trainer's pokemon load out in a brand new way, 25% of battles are double battles, redesigned map with new info and level suggestions/ranges of surroundings, Pokemon can roam the towns and wild battles can happen there, narrative and loading time/delay adjustments were made to improve speed/flow, etc.) mod, kinda like Luminescent Platinum for BDSP.
- Last but not least, this randomizer, which has allowed me to open the full game dex and randomize it throughout the world, make a certain % shiny, make 1 of each new game starter choices shiny, randomize tera types, increase the # of pokemon per trainer and improve their AI intensity (yes that's literally an option), and with free flying it's just become a whole new game.

It can range from a brutal challenge (I'm using revives and leftovers like fucking crazy to beat the 8 gyms which I finally just did in Pokemon Compass) to a silly safari zone goof fest. I found 3 Arceuses yesterday, with different plates each. Couldn't catch the third but the water Arceus was hovering over a pond and I dusk balled that mf into pocket along with its earlier toxic plate sibling. IS that absurd? Absolutely?
Is it fun? Oh my, so much.

I guess I didn't even go into when I play them in VR using pseudostereoscopic 3D filters on my Meta Quest 3. That's a next gen moment right there. But yeah I guess despite having a launch Switch, legitimate digital and physical copies of Pokemon SV, a Switch OLED which I gave to my best friend, and now a Switch 2, I still prefer to play Compass instead with crazy randomizer mods at 4K on my Meta Quest 3 lol.

I have media I can share, even gifs, but am pensive as to how to share it without ninja interference. For now just DM me if you want to see some cool videos of it in action I recorded on my Odin 2 Portal and my PC and my Meta Quest 3 at different times!

I've met Newsom several times when he was mayor of SF. He is one of a handful of people I have instantly distrusted. He was never anything but smiles and charm, but, without any justification beyond the way he made the hairs on the back of my neck stand up, I wouldn't leave him alone with anything or anyone I cared about.
