As for a general strike, since we work with a lot of unions ive been told many times that the biggest friction against that is that unions establish in their contracts periods of non-strike thay prevents them from being able to time a general strike and non-union workers aren't organized enough.

I'd say it has probably more to do with the fact that union workers are only 10% of workers and over half of all union workers work for the King.

Also, why did the article go out of its way to mention that one of the interviewees used gender neutral pronouns? I don't think it was ever relevant in the rest of the article? Or is it some sort of journalistic convention that has only recently popped up regarding pronouns, I've not seen it before.

While "Trump Bad" got the people out for the protest I don't know if it's a winning election strategy with Trump being unable to run for a 3rd term.

If Trump doesn’t die in this 4 years, he will still be heavily involved on politics because his narcissism will not let him otherwise. 

Again, using as a example my own country: our Trump like, Lopez Obrador, cannot have a second term but he choose his successor (and she won the election) and is clearly still controlling stuff behind the scenes (as much as he can in any case), our current president is trying to manage controversies he left behind while trying to not piss him off. For all his faults, Trump’s DEA seem less willing to be diplomatic and have put real pressure on her about how much organized crime grow under Obrador.

But you guys are not going to have a DEA behind your politicians backs in case of corruption.

Probably a bad idea, because chuds will run with that, as tripping while you say slurs is different from tripping after someone stole your glasses
