In the modern world, it's "embarrassing" for most people to dance. Only one example, but I don't think that being born in an era where we are denied our base caveman needs is "goddamned fortunate". In remote tribes they don't have a concept of "can dance well" or "can sing well" - everyone in the tribe just sings and dances every night because it's fun. I can't think of a place I can go in my city to have fun without spending money and/or being shamed for enjoying myself.
