Going by the description of the scene by the dev there was no explicit sexual content. Nudity alone is not sexual. Trying to equate this to defending lolicon is ridiculous and a completely stupid comparison lol. Especially when its not even in the game anymore.

Like user chocobalt said on the post right after yours, the legislation on what consist of CSAM differs between countries and regions, but there are countries where things such as drawings, animations, composite images (eg. deepfakes or photoshops) or video games depicting CSA can be considered CSAM and holding or distributing them can be criminal offence. Especially now with the rise of generative AI the legislation is moving to a more strict direction on what is considered CSAM.

CSAM is sexually explicit content involving a minor or content involving a minor designed to illicit arousal. Again nudity alone is not sexually explicit content. If you're familiar with CSAM then you should know this. Otherwise communal showers, locker rooms, nude beaches and bath houses would be illegal.

The website you linked isn't a legal source, it's an advocacy page, it doesn't contain any official legal definitions and is obviously referring to real world abuse. Completely unrelated to works of fiction. I don't even know why you linked that page.

Creative works are allowed to explore sensitive or uncomfortable topics involving minors as long as the material does not sexualize the minor or present the content for sexual arousal. Since none of that applies to the scene in question, labeling it as CSAM is incorrect and doesn't match legal or industry definitions.

Note: I work with teams that do work with CSAM prevention on country/EU/global level, so I have had to also study what CSAM consist of.
