But that’s why companies are labeled “performative”, not because individual employees are good people but the leadership could care less and their policies are just good PR until they affect their bottom line. The problem is more complicated because they would need to re address their relationship with the rest of the continent. I still like living here. And I prefer trying to finish my studies while still have some chance. 

Some of my family have immigrated, both legally and illegally, so is not like starting from zero but I really have not interest right now.

A cousin that was born here and immigrated recently married and started a family and his brother accompanied him but decided to return because he felt out of place.

This is concerning, to say the least. While autism is unquestionably a disability, it does come with aspects and benefits that would make the idea of treating autistic people extremely questionable. There's a reason neurodiversity as a concept is a thing.

Because they understand that almost nobody wants to be born or give birth to people with mental illness. A person with mental illness or afflictions usually just want to be “normal”.

Doesn’t mean they want them dead or want them jailed, but is not race or sexual orientation, is genuinely an abnormal state that affects the quality of life of the person suffering.
