No offense, but I just don't think you pay much attention to actual box office numbers if you're coming to this conclusion. Your entire logic appears to be "Timothée Chalamet is popular, therefore he is a huge box office draw and Dune will make a billion dollars."

Dune: Part Two made $715m at the box office. Obviously a big hit, but nowhere near Avengers territory. Part Three is also likely to be a slower film and not as action-heavy as Part Two, which is a big reason why it had such a large improvement over Part One at the box office.

It seems like you believe Dune is bigger than it actually is.
